1Are your Drivers certified?
Yes, all our drivers have Class 3 & 4 Driving License
2What is the most weight/pallets that you can handle?
We have trucks with tailgates that regularly handle 1.5 to 12 pallets with a weight capacity of 657kg up to 10 tonnes. We can handle up to 25m3 for loose cargo of 20kg per carton or 753kg per pallet
3What kind of deliveries do you specialize in?
A majority of our business is dry cargo, including general cargo (consumer goods such as electronics, machine parts), healthcare products and high-value specialty products.
4What are your hours of delivery?
Our Operation hours will be Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 05:30pm.
5What type of services do you provide?
Our services include local distribution and delivering services, storage and warehousing services, residential and commercial moving services as well as customised transport and logistics solutions.
6Do you provide urgent delivery service?
Yes, we provide urgent delivery service as a number of our clients serve in healthcare sector and consumer good sector, ecommerce sector, that require priority and overnight delivery. We can manage the logistics of Urgent deliveries with 1 to 2 hours Delivery Response Time (11.30am & 4.30pm Normal Cutoff Job Cycles). (Please refer to Optional Services rate card) For Overtime deliveries (after work hours for weekday 8.30am-5.30pm or weekend: Sat & Sun or Public Holiday), overtime surcharge rate applies. 7Can you handle specialty items of high value?
Yes, our professional team has experience providing deliveries for high value items such as piano, branded shoes worth thousands of dollars. We classify valuable cargo items as those with a declared value of more than SGD2,000 per unit. We know valuable cargo requires special handling, so certain restrictions may apply and we charge “Handle with care” service fees for these items. (Please refer to Optional Services rate card)
8What type of vehicles does Infinite Transports have?
The following range of vehicles available with us makes us strong and competent enough to deliver all types of dry cargo all over Singapore: 1. 24ft Canvas Truck and Box Truck Capacity: 25m3 for loose cargo & estimated 12 pallets for palletized cargo. 2. 14 ft Box Truck Capacity: 7.5m3 for loose cargo & estimated 3 pallets for palletised cargo. 3. 10 ft truck Capacity: 5m3 for loose cargo & estimated 1.5 pallets for palletised cargo 4. Vans (Toyota Hiace or Nissan NV200) Capacity: 1.7m3 or 3m3 for loose cargo
9What type of billing frequency do you provide?
We provide weekly delivery report and monthly billing. For first time customers, the arrangement will be Cash on delivery.
10Do you provide insurance on packages /boxes being sent out?
Yes, all packages are covered. Infinite Transports Pte Ltd will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies to the Client (or which may be received from the Client). General comprehensive liability insurance insuring against any and all liabilities for injury to or death of a person or persons and for damage or destruction of property occasioned by or arising out of or in connection with the Transportation Services to be provided hereunder, including coverage for losses due to theft, hijacking, damage in transit accordingly to Singapore Logistics Association (SLA) Standard Condition LIABILITY: “Any liability such as lost, damage, theft or accident should be in accordance to Singapore Logistics Association (SLA) Standard Condition. (Limit of compensation: S$5.00/kg or actual goods value whichever is lower, maximum S$100,000.00).” Customer shall defend and indemnify Infinite Transports Pte Ltd against all claims of damages and/or losses from the goods once the Goods received/endorsed by Client. Once received/endorsed, we shall NOT take in the risk of loss or damage of the Goods.
11How do you make sure our cargo won't be stolen by your staff?
Infinite Transports is a reputable social enterprise in Singapore, proud to have received the bizSAFE level 3 certification awarded by the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council. Having the bizSAFE Level 3 certification assures all our stakeholders – including staff and industry partners – that we are committed to towards workplace safety. In addition, it allows us to conduct businesses with clients that require bizSAFE certification. More than 80% of our staff are ex-offenders and we believe that every person’s dignity can be restored, reclaimed and uplifted in a sustainable manner.
